Lele’s Roman, a new all-day restaurant, makes its debut at Ace Hotel Brooklyn bringing soulful Italian cooking and bold design to Boerum Hill. Led by Chef Francesco Battisti, the menu leans into comforting classics served in a stylish, cinematic space.

Menu highlights incude Carciofi alla Romana, braised artichokes delicately seasoned with mint, garlic, and parsley. The Fiore di Zucca—crispy squash blossoms filled with anchovy and mozzarella—is a Roman street food staple elevated.

Pasta highlights include the rich and peppery Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe, made with Pecorino DOP and black pepper, and Rigatoni alla Gricia e Carciofi, a hearty, guanciale-laced dish with baby artichokes. For dessert, the standout is the Maritozzo con la Panna, a signature Roman pastry filled with lush vanilla whipped cream.

Designed by Studio Tre, the interiors mix raw concrete and rich wood with ochre leather, sage-toned banquettes, and a Breccia d’Egitto stone bar. Vintage film stills and handmade ceramics add warmth, while the cocktail bar invites lingering.

Alessio de Sensi curates a beverage list centered on amari and wines from Lazio, celebrating Italy’s deep-rooted wine traditions. Shareable pinsas round out the offerings, perfect for pairing with a glass and good company.

Located at 252 Schermerhorn Street, Lele’s Roman is now open for dinner, with breakfast, brunch, and lunch to follow soon. It’s a relaxed yet elegant addition to Brooklyn’s dining landscape.
