Founders Pam Weekes and Connie McDonald will be there on opening day working the counter and welcoming back much-missed friends and neighbors. The cozy 400-square-foot space has been updated since its closure.
In addition, on Sunday, November 7, the first 200 NYC Marathon runners to bring in their bib to the charming bakery will receive a complimentary Levain cookie of their choice. Among the cookie flavors offered by Levain are Dark Chocolate Chocolate Chip. Oatmeal Raisin, Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip and Two Chip Chocolate Chip.
