Little Spain to Offer Larger-Than-Life Paellas

Leña, Chef José Andrés’s fire-guided restaurant at Mercado Little Spain, will be making larger than life paellas around the Public Square & Gardens at Hudson Yards to celebrate World Paella Day. The team will be cooking up Paella Valenciana (chicken and rabbit meat, artichokes, green beans, tomato, saffron and rosemary), to honor Valencia (the birthplace of paella) and plates can be purchased for $18. Complimentary glasses of Juve & Camps cava, the perfect paella accompaniment, will also be served.
