At the crossroads of Park Slope and Gowanus, a new residential address is reshaping the Brooklyn skyline. Longview, the latest project from Quinlan Development Group and GTIS Partners, has officially opened at 380 4th Avenue, bringing 197 new residences, 50 of which are designated affordable, and 30,000 square feet of curated amenities to one of the borough’s most dynamic neighborhoods.

The 17-story, mixed-use building blends industrial-inspired design with elevated comfort. Inside, residents will find open-concept layouts, custom oversized windows, marble quartz countertops, and European appliances. Select units offer outdoor space, including terraces with views of the New York Harbor and Downtown Brooklyn.

What sets Longview apart is its extensive amenity offering, including a 15th-floor sunset lounge, co-working spaces, a fitness center with a yoga studio, speakeasy-style game room, and even a golf simulator. Outside, residents can unwind on a 3,600-square-foot rooftop deck with panoramic views, grilling stations, a dog run, and sun loungers. Additional outdoor terraces provide dining areas, lounge seating, and firepits.

The building also features 14,000 square feet of retail space and is within walking distance of Prospect Park and the F, G, and R subway lines. Leasing is led by Corcoran New Development.
