''Looking Up'' statue arrives at Rockefeller Center
Artist Tom Friedman's aluminum statue called "Looking Up" stands 10 feet tall and looks onto the channel gardens at Rockefeller Center. The human-like figure is made from crushed aluminumfoil pans through a process of molding and wax casting.
The installation can be found at 5th Avenue between 49th and 50th Streets and will be on display through March 19th.
