Le Jardinier, the Michelin-Starred restaurant from Chef Alain Verzeroli and The Bastion Collection, is hosting an exclusive Truffle Dinner this Friday and Saturday, January 27th and 28th. The five-course tasting menu features truffles in each dish and is designed around the rich, savory delicacy.

First Course: Yellowfin Tuna, Asian Pear, and Truffled Mushroom Dashi.
Second Course: Ricotta Agnolotti, 36 Month Aged Parmesan, and Black Truffle
Third Course: Atlantic Monkfish, Hollandaise, and Melted Leeks
Main Course: Roasted Squab, Parsnip, Grilled Chicory, and Sauce Perigueux
Dessert: Chocolate Ice Cream Truffle
Cost: $275 per person; Optional Wine Pairing also available for an additional +$125 (5:30pm-10pm)
