Mollusca Launches Brunch in Meatpacking District

Mollusca, a new seafood-centric restaurant in the Meatpacking District, is doing brunch.

Offerings include a Croque Madame with Smoked Salmon, Pan-seared Shrimp with mashed potatoes, and poached eggs, and Ricotta Pancakes with Blueberry Sour Cream.  From the raw bar comes Double Tartare, tuna and salmon tartare divided by a row of Pearl Street Siberian Select Caviar, Oysters topped with black caviar, uni, and mignonette sauce, along with mussels served with 35 different sauces. Brunch cocktails include a variety of spritzes, Bellinis and Mimosas.

Mollusca will be serving brunch from 11am to 4pm on Saturdays, beginning on June 4th.
