This modern Japanese kaiseki restaurant in the East Village, recently nominated for a Dezeen restaurant design award, is offering indoor dining starting 9/30. They will have just 4 seats and one seating per night, at 6:30pm. Reservations available via Tock.They also continue to offer their special sushi boxes for delivery and takeout. No outdoor seating available.

Indoors: They have 7 seats at 25% capacity. Reservations via Resy. Outdoor dining has wrapped up and their neighbor, Petite Boucherie, will take over their outdoor dining space.
Celestine has returned to indoor dining and taking reservations (they've been first come, first-serve seating until now). Their summer burger pop-up (Bad Trip) wrapped up on Sunday 9/20 and Celestine is launching a new expanded menu to coincide with indoor dining. Outdoors: Celestine is taking reservations for its outdoor patio tables, which until now have been first-come, first serve, with all food formerly being served takeout-style. This means they'll be returning to full tableside dining service and re-implementing flatware, glassware, dishware, etc.
Indoors: will return to indoor dining the week of 10/5. They will be launching a new fall drinks menu to coincide with this, including a frozen pumpkin spice latte. They will be taking reservations via Resy. Outdoors: they are working on tenting and heating their parklet and will have electric heaters. Grand Army benefits from Open Streets, as it is located at the corner of Hoyt (closed weekends) and State (closed every day).
Indoors: The West Village location has 67 seats inside at 25% capacity. The Union Square location has 56 seats inside at 25% capacity. They are taking reservations via OpenTable. Until OpenTable is able to add the functionality of choosing an indoor or outdoor table when reserving, guests must call the restaurants directly to book a table indoors. Sister restaurant Petite Boucherie is also offering indoor dining - just 12 seats at 25% capacity. Outdoors: Starting this week, all locations have electric heaters installed for the outdoor areas. They will be providing sanitized, clean blankets for any diner who would like one. (The blankets come sealed to reassure diners that they are clean. They are only used once and cleaned nightly by a linen company.) They continue to separate all tables with custom-made wooden and glass dividers.

Black Seed Bagels
Over the month of October, Black Seed will return to having customers place their orders inside shops but will not permit seating inside. Instead they are working on adding to their outdoor parklets to make them as comfortable as possible when the weather turns cold.
