The first is the Tarte au Citron filled with a smooth lemon and lime cream with lemon mousse and crunchy tart shell with a life-like lemon on top with lemon gelée. It is just as wonderful to eat as it is to look at.
Also on display, the Tarte Vanille with vanilla cream, vanilla mousse and Chantilly topped with a thin slice of vanilla chocolate. It’s quite sexy to look at and a delight to bite into. Ooh La La!
