Emmett’s on Grove, known for its Chicago style fare in the West Village, is offering Midwestern bruch classics.  Highlights include Corned Beef Hash served with sunny side eggs and Dutch Baby Pancakes, popular in Chicago as a type of popover, baked in a cast iron pan and served with fresh mixed berries. There are sandwiches, like the B.L.T with farm fresh tomatoes, and Emmett’s ultra-thin crust, tavern-style Pizzas.

For brunch, Chef Nate Ashton’s is cooking up hyper seasonal dishes like French Toast with brioche topped with strawberries and vanilla creme; Trout Roe and Soft Scramble; Buttermilk Biscuits with peach jam and whipped ricotta; and Sausage Egg & Cheese with hoise-made chicken sausage, biscuit and cheddar cheese.
