NYC Restaurants to Celebrate Original Balsamic Vinegar Week

The Consortium for the Protection of Aceto Balsamico di Modena has partnered with international magazine “All About Italy” to launch the first annual Original Balsamic Vinegar Week in New York City from November 1-7. Chefs at each of 22 NYC restaurants will prepare new dishes and recipes that feature Aceto Balsamico di Modena as the main ingredient to be included on their menus throughout the week.
Participating restaurants in Manhattan include Bella Blu (967 Lexington Avenue); Morso (420 East 59th Street); Alidoro @ The Hugh (601 Lexington Avenue); Michael’s (24 West 55th Street); Pizzarte (69 West 55th Street); Viceversa (325 West 51st Street); Etcetera Etcetera (352 West 44th Street); Il Fiorista (17 West 26th Street); Pasta By Hudson (180 7th Avenue); Risotteria Melotti (309 East 5th Street); Song’ E Napule (146 West Houston Street); Nonna Beppa (290 Hudson Street); Pisillo Italian Panini (97 Nassau Street); Kestè (66 Gold Street); Ampia Gnoccheria (100 Broad Street); Babbo (110 Waverly Place); Benno (7 E 27th Street)’ and Perry Club @ Pasta By Hudson (157 7th Avenue South).
Brooklyn eateries include Fornino Greenpoint & Timeout Market (849 Manhattan Avenue & 55 Water Street); Osteria Brooklyn (458/460 Myrtle Avenue); and Antica Pesa (115 Berry Street).
