As we continue our look what what restaurants are cooking up during the pandemic, we take you to Red Paper Clip in the West Village which is offering a limited menu and cocktails. One dish that should not be missed is the OG Pork Belly Bao with peanut, cilantro and suan cai. There's also a brisket version with hoisin sauce. Also on the menu - Sichuan Hot Chicken Sando, a Double Double Burger and Togarashi Fries. Cocktails include the No. 4 made with Blue Flower vodka, curacao and citrus.
