Uncle Boon's was still closed last we checked, but their Thai Diner on Mott Street is open offering Thai snacks, noodles dishes and exotic drinks. We tried the Uncle Boons Crab Fried Rice with cucumbers (it is spectacular), Phat Thai with head-on shrimp, Massaman Curry with chicken and Spicy Papaya Salad. It's a delicious meal whether you get it to go or eat at a table outside (first come, first served)
