NYC on track to begin indoor dining July 6

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio announcing today that Phase 3 of the city's reopening, including indoor dining is slated to begin on July 6.  Restaurants would have limited indoor capacity at 50 percent, excluding employees.  Indoor tables would be required to be at least 6 feet apart and wherever distancing is not feasible, physical barriers must be enacted. Emploees will also be required to wear acceptable face coverings. Silverware should be pre-packaged or pre-rolled by workers wearing masks and gloves.
