NYC’s Hakubai Offers New A La Carte Sushi Menu

hakubai, an intimate Kaiseki restaurant nestled on the lower level of The Prince Kitano New York (66 Park Ave, NYC), is offering a limited-time, a la carte Sushi menu. Available exclusively at the sushi counter, the dedicated menu offers a new layer to hakubai’s Kaiseki concept and spans Nigiri sushi, Maki sushi, and Sashimi.
Nigiri highlights include two variations of tuna, sea urchin, salmon roe and more, while the Maki sushi menu includes favorites like Tuna Avocado, Salmon with Scallion, and a refreshing Kappa with cucumber. An assortment of three or five types of Sashimi is also available.
Four award-winning chefs guide the kaiseki culinary journey at hakubai, led by Executive Chef Jun Hiramatsu.
