Orlando Soto is Named New Pastry Chef at Le Bernardin

Eric Ripert & Le Bernardin announcing that Orlando Soto will serve as the restaurant’s new pastry chef. Soto is known as a young, up-and-coming, talent with experience at Michelin-starred kitchens such as Per Se, Gunter Seeger and Daniel. Soto often used classic pastry techniques with a touch of whimsy to his desserts.

Some of Le Bernadin’s latest creations include Dulce de Leche Panna Cotta with passion fruit and candied Buddha’s Hand, Praline Mousse with Gianduja Orange-Creamsicle ice cream; and the “Doughnut” with dark chocolate mousse, banana caramel, and coconut cream.
