Pimped Out Sushi from Bubusan is Coming to DUMBO

Bubusan which made a name for itself in South Beach is heading to Brooklyn. The Japanese restaurant is heading to Time Out Market in DUMBO and bringing with it “pimped out” sushi and “Magic Pizza.”
The Magic Pizza comes in three choices – Tuna, Salmon and Avocado Pizza. The Magic Tuna Pizza is a crispy, eight-inch pie topped with fresh tuna, sliced onions, Fresno pepper, spicy mayo, yuzu mayo and a drizzle of truffle oil.
Bubusan is also offering individual rolls and six different box sets filled with Nigiri and rolls that come with names like Tiger Style, Way of Bubu and a veggy box calls Sticky Greenz. Onigiri, a Japanese-style rice ball, are filled with things like crab, yusu aioli and wasabi furikake; and tuna spicy mayo and fish roe.
Bubusan is located on the ground level of Time Out Market in the shadow of the Brooklyn Bridge. The official opening is set for March 23rd.
