1803 NYC in Tribeca is the go-to Mardi Gras destination. From February 29 to March 4, the restaurant and its hidden speakeasy, Bon Courage, will host electrifying celebrations, including live jazz, burlesque brunches, a speakeasy magic show, and a Fat Tuesday bash with fire-breathing acts and tarot readings. Indulge in Cajun classics like jambalaya, broiled oysters, and seafood boils while sipping Sazeracs and Hurricanes.
Celebrate Mardi Gras New Orleans-style at Lowerline in Brooklyn. On March 4, indulge in a Seafood Prix Fixe Menu ($95) featuring Crawfish Boudin Balls, Shrimp & Crabmeat Jambalaya, and Cajun Crawfish Bisque with a champagne toast and king cake. Choose from two seatings at 5:30 PM and 8 PM. Beads, masks, and festive vibes encouraged.
Mardi Gras at File Gumbo Bar in Tribeca is filled with decadent Cajun and Creole dishes, festive drinks, and live entertainment. On March 4, a six-piece New Orleans jazz band will set the mood while you indulge in Cajun Crab Fingers, Char-Grilled Oysters, and Tiny’s Gumbo All-In packed with chicken, Andouille sausage, crab, and shrimp. Or, try the Spicy Shrimp Creole, a bold, tomato-based stew with bacon, chili oil, and garlic chips over popcorn rice. Masks encouraged.

Valerie in Midtown is bringing the flavors of New Orleans to West 45th Street from March 2-8. Indulge in Po’ Boys, Gumbo, and classic cocktails like Sazeracs and Pimm’s Cups in a stunning Art Deco setting. Indulge in a Louisiana Crawfish Boil or Crawfish Bibimbap, plus Mirliton Kimchi and fermented plum butter for a unique fusion of flavors. Dine in or grab a King Cake and festive bites to-go. Limited tables remain.
Get into the Mardi Gras spirit at Copinette on 1st Ave & 50th St. Now through March 4th, enjoy New Orleans classics like jambalaya with Creole rice, okra, chorizo, shrimp, and chicken, plus festive Mardi Gras cocktails.
