Prawnaholic Brings Bold Prawn Noodles and More to NYC

At just 23 years old, Alan Choong took a chance on his passion for prawn noodles, launching Prawnaholic at a hawker center in East Singapore. Five years later, that leap of faith has taken him all the way to New York City, where his stall at Urban Hawker is turning heads — and satisfying cravings — with deep, umami-packed bowls of ramen and prawn noodle soup.
