BorSalia, aka Italian soul, is now open in NoMad. The coffee shop is a place where award-winning Italian pastry chefs can showcase their latest creations with a pastry residency program. BorSalia is open for lunch and dinner and has a special panini menu. Also look for Italian specialties like Ravioli de Bufalo with San Marzano tomato sauce, Fagottini Verdi filled with Italian ham and Pesce del Mercato, pan-seared fish of the day served with seasonal sauteed vegetables. BorSalia also has a location in Williamsburg.
