Restaurant Radar: Chef Soogil Lim Set to Open Kimchi-centric Restaurant RAON in Midtown

RAON (207 East 59th St) a new fine dining concept in Midtown East from Chef Soogil Lim and Sasook Youn, the husband-and-wife team behind Soogil in the East Village, is set to open in March. Rooted in the tradition of Korean ferments, RAON is redefining the dining experience with its focus on kimchi pairings – treating them with the same intentionality as wine or cocktail pairings. The restaurant is slated to open on Tuesday, March 4. Stay tuned!
