La Pulperia in Hell's Kitchen, NYC

La Pulperia has opened its doors in Hell’s Kitchen after relocating. The corner location is bright and airy. Named after a market, the restaurant is a collection of different Latin flavors. Think empanadas with corn and manchego cheese, grilled skirt steak with gigante beans, pan-roasted salmon with coconut rice and a mixed grill (parrillada) of short ribs, skirt steak, Argentinean chorizo and papas provençal. Cocteles are also available. 623 9th Ave, New York, NY

Mr Biggs Rasta Pasta in Brooklyn, NYC

The original Food Sermon in Crown Heights has been replaced by Mr. Biggs Rasta Pasta. The restaurant is giving its unique spin on pasta dishes with some Caribbean flare, including Jerk Chicken, Oxtail, and Curry Goat. Seafood also dominates the menu with Fried Red Snapper, Broiled Crab Legs and Curry Conch on the menu. An assortment of Roti Rolls are also offered and there's Pineapple Coconut Cake for dessert. 355 Rogers Ave, Brooklyn, NY

Machi Machi in Koreatown, NYC

Machi Machi has popped up in K-Town selling bubble teas and milk drinks in grass flasks. The bottled drinks offer a split taste. For instance, one had Fresh Strawberry Latte on top with Panna Cotta on the bottom.  Another was a mix of Jasmine Tea with Plum Jelly. Add-in’s include tapioca and mini taro balls. The shop's slogan: "I love you so machi." 33 West 32nd St, New York, NY

Tracks Oyster Bar near Penn Station in NYC

Tracks Raw Bar & Grill is up and running. The Penn Station fixture is now located outside of Madison Square Garden. It made the move just prior to the pandemic hitting. Tracks is known for its seafood. Look for things like Stuffed Shrimps, Crab Cakes, Baked Clams and large selection of oysters, all reasonably priced. Larger plates include Fish & Chips, Linguini with Clams and Shepherd’s Pie. 220 West 31st St, New York, NY
