Fine dining aficionados, take note: Restaurant Yuu is rolling out an ultra-exclusive collaboration dinner on March 6th, and it’s the kind of event that doesn’t come around often.

Michelin-starred Executive Chef/Owner Yuu Shimano is teaming up with Petrossian Caviar—renowned for its Special Reserve-grade caviar—and Dassai Blue Sake, one of Japan’s most celebrated breweries, to create an eight-course tasting menu that promises pure luxury on a plate.

Expect dishes like silky Shirako, a cod roe meunière with almond milk and yuzu pepper, and King Crab salad, crowned with a lavish heap of Petrossian caviar. Each course will be perfectly paired with Dassai Blue’s award-winning sake, making this a meal to remember.

The price is $400 per person, with a mandatory $200 sake pairing. Seating times are 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., available via Tock.
