At SAE RON, Korean comfort food gets a creative, globally influenced twist—thanks to pastry chef-turned-chef-owner Jessica Lee-An and her partner Erin. Located on the Lower East Side, the welcoming spot channels the nostalgia of Korean home cooking while boldly pushing boundaries, dish by dish.

Now, from Tuesday to Thursday, diners can indulge in SAE RON’s new All You Can Eat menu—$40 per person for 90 minutes of rotating small plates, available 5 to 7 PM. Standouts include the Chrysanthemum Caesar with puffed quinoa, SAE RON Fried Chicken as well as a riff on two family favorites; SoonDubu in Hell, a fiery shakshuka-style tofu stew; and Crème Rosé Sujebi, a bold, bacon-laced noodle dish finished with cheese foam. Pork and chive dumplings with mala chili, crème fraîche, and crispy shallots round out the flavor-packed offerings.

To make it even more tempting, $10 All You Can Drink soju highballs are available during the feast. Think tropical matcha, ginger mule, and Earl Grey–peach variations that are as fun and fresh as the food itself. To take advantage of the special, all parties must participate.
