Rodgers & Hart once wrote “each day is Valentine’s Day.” But in reality, the big day for honoring love and romance is February 14, and odds are you’ll want to celebrate with your special someone. Fortunately, many of NYC’s finest entertainment venues have created shows just for the occasion.

Swinging jazz hotspot Birdland will serve up Grammy Award winning vocalist Catherine Russell and her septet in the appropriately named “Valentine’s Day for Lovers.” (www.birdlandjazz.com)

At Feinstein’s/54 Below, you can partake in “A Broadway Valentine,” which honors the holiday in story and song via such top-notch talent as Matthew and Kirsten Scott, Peter LaPrade and Emerson Steele. (www.54below.com)

Over at the swanky Chelsea Stage & Table, rising cabaret star Mark William – who counts such legends as Chita Rivera among his fans – will debut his newest show “Love Sings!” You’ll swing, you’ll swoon! (www.chelseastageandtable.com)

It’s a double holiday of sorts at the Green Room 42 in the Yotel as the club is also celebrating its 5th anniversary that night. Start the evening there at 7pm with the club debut of Tony nominee Judy Kuhn and her new show “Love to Me,” which explores different aspects of relationships: romance, heartbreak, and, of course, love. Then, at 9:30, the phenomenal Alexandra Silber will offer “So in Love,” in which she celebrates, makes fun of, mourns, and idealizes all things romance. (https://thegreenroom42.venuetix.com)

If you want a laugh rather than a tune, head over to Carolines on Broadway for “My Funny Valentine,” a very special show to be hosted by Tom Thakkar and featuring performances by Mike Bramante, Gabby Bryan, Shafi Hossain, Jordan Jensen, Usama Siddiquee and Eagle Witt. (www.carolines.com)

Duane Park will pay tribute to lovebirds and love of all kinds in the unusual “Birds of Paradise,” featuring burlesque sensations Tansy, Mia, Pearls Daily, Lilin Lace and Audrey Love, who will take to the stage in their finest plumes and feathers to strip, seduce and fan up the flames of desire in you and your loved ones. A four-course, prix-fixe menu is also part of the evening. (www.duaneparknyc.com)

Finally, Art Lab’s will debut its new concert series, “The Muse Sessions,” at Florence Gould Hall that evening. Starting this series off with a bang are four of Broadway’s best, Lilli Cooper, Damon Daunno, Shuler Hensley and Rachel York, who will be singing works by Joni Mitchell, Elvis Costello, Stephen Sondheim, Paul McCartney and Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty (www.ticketmaster.com)
