Shota Omakase Debuts Gentei Omakase and Hakkaisan Sake Dinner

Williamsburg’s MICHELIN-starred Shota Omakase is launching Gentei Omakase on February 12th—a 19-course chef’s counter experience led exclusively by Chef Cheng Lin. The menu features rare, seasonal ingredients many from Japan based on availability, including Ora King Salmon, Hotaru Ika (firefly squid), Oh Toro (fatty tuna), and Kinki (rockfish). Reservations are available via Resy and Tock ($255 per person), with seatings at 6 PM and 8:30 PM, Monday–Saturday.
On February 26th, Shota will host a Hakkaisan Sake Dinner, pairing a special 19-course omakase with six premium sakes, including the ultra-rare Hakkaisan Kongoshin. Reservations ($295 per person, $200 optional sake pairing) are available on Resy and Tock.
