Helmed by award-winning Executive Chef Antoine Camin, La Goulue will feature a two-course prix fixe where guests can choose an appetizer and main selections such as Smoked Salmon “Maison” with house-smoked, capers, onions, caviar cream; French Toast with house-made brioche, mascarpone cream and blueberry jam; Croque Monsieur with brie and black truffle, mache salad & french fries; and Gigot D’agneau, roasted leg of lamb, flageolet beans, garlic and tomato confit, simple jus. Guests can opt for the signature brunch cocktail, La Belle Vie with Campari, Grand Marnier and champagne, as well as a chocolate croissant for an additional cost.
