Summer cocktails at The Pineapple Club

Pineapple Club (509 E 6th St; (212) 697-8600), a tropical-inspired cocktail bar and restaurant in the East Village, is offering much needed summer cocktails from its "adult lemonade stand" and takeout window catering to thirsty passersby from a safe distance. 15 bottled cocktails, two of which are large format, are offered with a focus on clarifications, house made cordials and infusions. Highlights include Fight Milk with dark rum, pineapple, lime, amaro and campari, Avocado Swizzle with gin, avocado orgeat and lemon and the Stay Gold with tequila, turmeric and pineapple shrub. A limited amount of food items will also be available such as the PC Burger with pickles, cheddar and secret sauce on a potato roll and Fried Jerk Chicken. For those looking for a sweet treat, homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies are baked daily, for a "Cocktail & Cookies" package. Pineapple Club is open for takeout and delivery daily from 3pm - 9pm to start. - TR
