Celebrate Earth Day in eco-conscious style at Le Botaniste Bryant Park, where plant-based dining meets planet-friendly shopping. On Wednesday, April 23rd, from 2–6pm, the vibrant vegan eatery—co-founded by Laurent Francois and Le Pain Quotidien’s Alain Coumont—will host a sustainability pop-up spotlighting like-minded brands.

Guests can explore toxic-free cotton fabrics from Rote, discover low-waste essentials from Maison Jar, and shop green beauty with The Detox Market. Other highlights include Grove Collaborative’s sustainable every day essentials, EMF-blocking gear from Vegetable Sweater, and inspiring climate advocacy from non-profit Climate Words. Sweeten the day with a raw treat from Nats Raw Cakes or bite into change with Zacao’s tree-to-bar chocolate sourced in Ghana. Plus, take in stunning arrangements by sustainable florist Marigold Florals.

It’s an afternoon of mindful shopping, fresh flavors, and celebrating the planet—one delicious detail at a time.
