Tacos de Birria are the latest menu entry at Tacombi, the food and beverage brand whose mission is to connect people to the food and culture of Mexico. Originating in Jalisco, Tacombi’s Tacos de Birria are served two per order and are made with braised beef marinated with Mexican spices, and ancho and guajillo chiles. They are topped with onions and cilantro, and are served on a plancha-toasted corn tortilla alongside hot beef consomme. The Tacos de Birria are available for dine in, pick up, and delivery at all New York City and Miami taquerias.
