The Dead Rabbit Revives Its Chef Series with Mark Moriarty

This June, acclaimed Irish pub The Dead Rabbit brings back its “Tradition, Meet Tomorrow” Chef Series with a fresh culinary perspective from chef, author, and TV host Mark Moriarty. Running June 5–8 at the pub’s historic 30 Water Street home, this year’s edition offers an intimate five-course tasting menu spotlighting the evolution of Irish cuisine.

Each dish will be paired with custom cocktails crafted by The Dead Rabbit’s award-winning bar team, in collaboration with Glendalough Distillery. With only 30 seats available per night, the experience is priced at $200 per person (excluding tax, gratuity included), and reservations are now open via Resy.

Moriarty, known for his bestselling cookbooks Flavour and Season, trained at top Michelin-starred restaurants and is widely recognized for his engaging TV series exploring Irish food culture. Later this year, The Dead Rabbit team will join Moriarty in Dublin for a special international edition of the Chef Series.
