The Eligin, a stylish Midtown cocktail bar, has reopened with some outdoor seating and a bar that opens onto the street. Summer cocktails include the Fro Mo, a frozen margarita with rotating flavors, and the Weehawkin with tequila, grapefruit, lime agave and prosecco. As for bites, look for things like a cheeseburger egg roll, assorted sliders and roasted cauliflower tacos.
