Red Hook in the dead of winter can be a bit desolate or I should say very desolate. It's also proven to be a difficult place for restaurants to navigate. Some of the first to try, like 360, didn't survive. But others have managed to flourish thanks in large part to the strength of the artist community they serve. One of the them is The Good Fork. more
