Get whisked away with the new Indo-Chalet at Wayan. This interacrive dining experience is perfect for the winter months. The setup features five tables with sleek two-tiered cooktops where guests can enjoy an assortment of Wayan's signature satays (chicken, lamb, scallopm shrimp, panisse) cooked tableside with assorted sides, including kobacha, roasted fennel and maitake.

The skewers can be dipped in several types of sauces, including peanut, sweet soy sauce (kekap manis), cucumber acar pickles and sambal bule. The satays are then cooked on the lower level grill surface. For dessert, there's a chocolate fondue with roasted pineapple, caramelized banana, passion fruit marshmallows and other accoutrements for dipping. Large-format hot cocktails and seasonal beverages are also available to help stay warm. One of them, White Elephant features ten to one dark and white rum, tamarind, chili, and honey.
