The Meow Parlour, the first cat café and non-profit rescue organization, has reopened after being closed due to the pandemic. The café is currently open on Saturday and Sundays from 10am to 7pm for vaccinated guests ages 9 and up. Each visit is 50 minutes long and costs $16 per person. The Meow Parlour also plans to bring back popular events such as cat yoga and Drag Queen Bingo. The cafe was recently awarded a $100,000 grant from Petco Love for its heartwarming story about how co-founder Christina Ha's newly adopted cat inspired her family to make over 8,000 masks for essential workers.
The Meow Café is located at 46 Hester St, New York, NY
