Located on the 11th floor of the Langham Hotel, the Sky Terrace offers an outdoor escape from the hustle and bustle of the city below. With the menu curated by the Michelin Star team behind Ai Fiori, visitors can enjoy a cocktail at sunset, stay for dinner, or stop by for a night cap among the city lights. Ai Fiori is known for showcasing the flavors of France and Italian Riviera inspired by land and sea.
At Sky Terrace, Executive Chef Lauren DeSteno has created a special menu, including small plates to start like Bass Tartare with lime, mint, calabrian chili and white verjus, and Bocconcini with chicken fennel sausage, eggplant, pomodoro, parmigiano and crostini. Larger plates include the Fiori Burger with tomato jam served with crispy bliss potatoes, Terrace Club with fried softshell crab, chorizo aioli, ramp salsa verde and arugula, and Trofie Nero with ligurian crustacean ragù, seppia, scallops, and spiced mollica. The Sky Terrace "special" is Lasagna Di Carciofi, an artichoke & spinach lasagna with bechamel, ricotta, and pecorino. Desserts, by Executive Pastry Chef Rachel Pancho, include Panna Cotta with strawberries, basil crema & lime sorbetto as well as Semifreddo Pops in a yuzu shell.

Specialty cocktails include the AMG Negroni, Blossom Punch and Falconer Rosa, a mix of rosé, gin, combier pamplemousse and grapefruit. Sparkling, rosé, white and red wines are also avalable, including several from Italy, along with craft beers and ciders.
