Thousands Turn Out For Lunar New Year Parade in NYC's Chinatown

The weather was a little rainy, but that didn't stop thousands of people, New Yorkers and tourists alike, from turning out for the annual Lunar New Year parade in Chinatown. This year, revelers who set of confetti canons, were celebrating the Year of the Snake. See Video:
Afterwards, paradegoers filled area restaurants around Bayard and Mott Streets to continue the celebration with traditional Chinese dishes. Happy New Year!
