Tolo and Silver Apricot Team Up for a One-Night Dinner

Tolo, the Hong Kong-inspired restaurant and wine bar (just added to the Michelin Guide), and Silver Apricot, the beloved New-American-Chinese restaurant in the West Village, are collaborating for a one-night only dinner on Monday, June 24th at Silver Apricot.
Chefs Ron Yan of Tolo and head chef Joe Bliffen of Silver Apricot are partnering to offer a 4-course dinner (with the option to add an additional wine pairing). The meal includes:
First Course – Scallion Puffs, Raw Tuna & Sesame, Cucumber & Wood Ear Mushroom
Second Course – Salt & Pepper Fish, Hot & Sour Grilled Cabbage, Bean Curd Skin & Leeks
Third Course – Grilled Zucchini & Cashew Chili Crisp, Beef & Broccoli, Silver Apricot Fried Rice
Fourth Course – Sesame Panna Cotta & Chinkiang Vinegar Thomcord Grapes
This one night only pop-up dinner service is $108 per person, with reservations available via Resy.
