Top NYC Chefs Unite for Anne Saxelby Benefit

On Thursday, September 18, Chelsea Market will host the Anne Saxelby Legacy Fund’s 4th Annual Benefit, a culinary celebration featuring over 130 of New York City’s top chefs, artisans, and mixologists. From 6 to 9pm, guests can enjoy exclusive bites and drinks from acclaimed spots like Gramercy Tavern, Carbone, Ernesto’s, and Union Square Cafe—all under one roof in support of Anne Saxelby’s vision for sustainable food and farming. The evening includes a silent auction, zero-waste initiatives, and a special VIP lounge experience.

The event supports ASLF’s flagship apprenticeship program, which has placed over 200 young people on 60 farms across the U.S. and beyond. Founded after Saxelby’s passing in 2021, the nonprofit funds monthlong, paid farm stays to foster the next generation of food leaders.
