May 27, 2025, 5:34.40 pm ET
On Tuesday, June 3rd, two culinary heavyweights—Gabriel Kreuther and Cedric Vongerichten (Wayan and Ma•dé,)—will unite for Spices & Terroir, a one-night-only dinner at the two-Michelin-starred Gabriel Kreuther in Midtown Manhattan. The exclusive, multi-course experience will explore the intersection of Alsatian, French, and Indonesian flavors through the distinct lenses of each chef.
Guests can choose between a four-course menu ($220) or an elevated tasting menu ($295), with standout dishes like Fluke Crudo with Sambal Hijau with shaved sugar snap peas and fresh horseradish; Cashew & Wild Mushroom Parfait with Imperial Ossetra caviar and Granny Smith apple; and Spiced Elysian Fields Lamb Saddle with piquillo peppers, and basil pesto jus. The dinner marks the second installment of Kreuther’s Chef x Chef series, where Chef Gabriel explores the influence of French culinary heritage on the global palate, inviting new chefs to collaborate in his kitchen during a limited residency.
Reservations are available via Resy.
