It may sound confusing, but it’s really not. That’s because Nami Nori (236 N 12th St), known for its Japanese open-style Temaki rolls and Llama Inn (50 Withers St), a leader in modern Peruvian cuisine, are teaming up in an exclusive collaboration that is sure to whet your appetite.

Starting on March 28th, each will highlight an exclusive dish from the other’s restaurant. The Llama Inn’s special dish at Nami Nori will be a Tiradito ($22), featuring local fluke, leche de tigre, Japanese sweet potato, chalaca, habanero and garlic chips. And the Nami Nori dish at Llama Inn will be a special Temaki ($8), with fluke, umeboshi, cucumber, shiso, crispy quinoa, huacatay and plum sesame seeds.
The exclusive dishes in this rather fun experiment will only be around for a week. Let the games begin!
