Una Pizza Hosts One Night Pizza Collab with Hellbender Chef

Chef Anthony Mangieri of Una Pizza Napoletana— just ranked ranked #1 in the U.S. by 50 Top Pizza—continues his star-studded Una Night Only series on Thursday, July 10, with guest chef Yara Herrera of Hellbender. Herrera, also a 2024 New York Times Top 100 honoree, will join Mangieri in crafting a one-night-only specialty pizza available exclusively at the Lower East Side pizzeria. The series, launched in 2024, has featured major names in the culinary world including Missy Robbins, Tom Colicchio, Kwame Onwuachi, and Rita Sodi.

More than just a showcase of pizza mastery, Una Night Only supports a meaningful cause. A portion of proceeds from each collaboration pizza is donated to Refettorio Harlem, a non-profit that turns surplus food into nourishing meals for food-insecure communities. Reservations for the July 10 event are available now via OpenTable.
