TY Bar at Four Seasons Hotel New York

After a four-year closure, the iconic Four Seasons Hotel New York in Midtown Manhattan reopened in November 2024, bringing with it the highly anticipated relaunch of TY Bar. Plush red velvet booths and a grand fireplace set the stage for intimate moments in this warm and elegant space. This Valentine’s Day, the romantic atmosphere will be enhanced with single red roses and glowing candles adorning each table. Guests can savor an array of indulgent offerings, including Sea Urchin Crostini topped with lemon-cured quail’s egg and shaved truffle, as well as East and West Coast Oysters served with Belvedere crème fraîche and Ossetra caviar, alongside the regular à la carte menu.

Peck Slip Social

The newly opened Peck Slip Social in FiDi/Seaport is a perfect spot for a low-key date or Valentine’s Day celebration. Guests can sip on Lavender French 75, an enchanting variation on the classic French 75 with gin, champagne, lemon and floral lavender ($16) – or take it up a notch with the Lavender French 75 & Moët, which comes with a mini bottle of Moët champagne ($30), while enjoying romantic live music and sharable plates. The Greenwich Village neighborhood destination will be offering a four-course prix-fixe menu [$85/person] including hearty antipasti, housemade pastas, and pizzas made with Marc’s signature Newyorkpolitan dough, a unique hybrid (and homage to) Naples and New York-style pizza, marrying the flavor of Italian pizza with NYC flair. Ma•dé will be offering two versions of its 4-course prix-fixe menu for $108 per person, which will include a vegetarian option. Menu highlights for the non-vegetarian prix-fixe include an assortment of Oysters & Razor Clams, Tuna Tartare, Lobster & Honey Squash Dumplings, and Shrimp Toast, Butterfish Miso, Beef Shortrib, Choco Mousse, and Crème Fraiche. This year, Wayan will offer a prix-fixe menu ‘Love in Every Bite’ priced at $108 per person to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Indulge in shareable dishes including the Seasonal Citrus Salad, Crab Cake, Baked Clam Jimbaran, Butterfish Bilindango, Beef Tenderloin, Duck Fried Rice, Strawberries Dipped in Chocolate, and Pandan Custard. Gabriel Kreuther

For some French fine dining, there is no better place than Gabriel Kreuther. This year, Chef Gabriel will offer a five-course prix-fixe menu priced at $375 per person with delicacies including the Citrus Cured Tuna Loin, King Crab Cooked in Dulce Seaweed Butter, Perigord Black Truffle Tagliatelle, Snake River Farms Wagyu Strip Steak, and On Cloud 9, a dessert featuring yogurt candy cloud, almond frangipane, and raspberry lychee confit.
