If you’re look for the kind of place where the party goes from dusk to dawn, give Dingaling in the East Village a ring-a-ling. Helmed by Noble Harris and Michael Bray – the duo behind Kind Regards – Dingaling walks the line between laid-back and elevated, a place where just about anything can happen. It's a perfect spot for a post-work cocktail or late night dancing. It’s also a place to meet people, laugh, and have F-U-N.

Cocktails include three NEGRONIS(ISH?) variations (Traditional, Tropical, and Mexican Coffee), three MARGS (Traditional, Spicy, and Blended Fruity), and three DAIQUIRIS (Traditional, Hemingway, and Blended Banana Bread), as well as the classic-ish “GRASSHOPPER” (Booze, Chocolate, Mint, and Oatmilk), “COFFEE” (Booze, Sugar, Hot Coffee, and Vanilla Whipped Oat Milk) and the “FANCY DRINK BUT BLENDED” (Mezcal, Yellow Chartreuse, Coconut Infused Campari, and Fresh Pineapple).

To accompany the drinks are riffs on Hot Dogs like the HONOLULU DOG (Pickled Pineapples, Creamy Teriyaki Sauce, Ding Sauce, Pickled Onions, Smoked Paprika, green onions and Salt and Vin Chips), K-POP DOG (Kimchi, Korean BBQ Sauce, Sweet n Spicy Vegan Mayo, Pickled Mellon, Pickled Onion, Toasted Sesame, Green Onions and Sweet Rice Chips), and L.A. DOG (Elote, Cilantro, Ding Sauce, Pickled Onions, Pickled Pineapples and Flamin Hots Cheetos). VEGAN NACHOS are also a must-order.

The space at Dingaling reimagines Americana from an outsider lens. A place where photography by Daido Moriyama is hung alongside a nude mannequin and other random thrift store finds. An outdoor raised garden, and garage windows that are almost always open, allow the space to seamlessly blend into the fabric of New York City.

Dingaling is located at 116 Avenue C, New York, NY
