Times Square just got a little more Italian. On June 18, The Lambs Club unveiled Buchette del Vino NYC, the city’s first-ever Florentine wine window, with a ceremonial vine cutting hosted by the Times Square Alliance. Located on Broadway between 43rd and 44th Streets, the custom-built street-facing window is now pouring Italian wines, espresso, draft beer, along with seasonal bites and gelato to passersby in the heart of Manhattan.

The concept comes from Chef/Partner Jack Logue and Chris Miller of The Lambs Club at The Chatwal Hotel. Inspired by the centuries-old buchette del vino in Florence — made famous again by Stanley Tucci — the team reimagined the experience for modern-day New York.

“We wanted to bring some joy and fun to Times Square,” said Logue at the ceremony. “Instead of whining about Times Square, we can now drink wine in Times Square and have fun doing it.”

In addition to wine and coffee, the menu includes fresh salads, panini, tramezzini, and a rotating pasta of the month — all made with high-quality Italian ingredients by a team with over 40 years of Michelin-star experience. The window will operate year round, except around New Year's, offering a playful taste of Italy right on the piazza.
