, the modern European café-restaurant and natural wine bar in Williamsburg, recently opened its doors to the public in November 2020.
The wine list was curated by Executive Chef and Owner Cressida Greening, who is a certified sommelier with The Court of Master Sommeliers. Her list, which features a select number of reds, whites, sparkling and skin contacts by the glass and bottle, places a supreme emphasis on low intervention, natural and biodynamic wines from small producers. These include Occhipinti, Cellar Frisach, Meinlang, La Stoppa, Antonio Madeira, Cantina Giardino, Pheasant’s Tears and Anita & Hans Nittnaus.
The list serves as a wonderful complement to signature dishes including the Scotch Egg with mustard and cornichons, as well as the Lamb Meatballs with tomato harissa sauce, parmesan polenta, and herbs.
