Victor Xia and Jeff Kim, two former Momofuku Ssäm Bar alums, are branching out with a new pop-up dinner series called nudibranch. The two are also using what they've learned at other popular restaurants like Ataboy, Eleven Madison Park and Jua to create a unique experience fueled by what they call the unwavering optimism of the New York City's dining scene.
The menu includes dishes like Razor Clams with grapefruit and fermented chili, Nudibranch Gilda with mussel escabeche, boquerones and assorted pickles, Scallop with white asparagus, celeriac and sunchoke, and Hamachi Nori Tostada with soy pineapplem perilla and red currants.
The menu costs $65 for 6 courses. Seatings are Thursday thru Sunday at 6 and 8pm. Reservations can be made via DM @nudibranchnyc
nudibranch is located at 130 First Ave, New York, NY
