Grand Central

Grand Central Terminal was built in 1913 and is located on E 42nd Street and Park Avenue in New York, New York. After the demolition of Grand Central Station (which the Terminal is still often referred too) from 1903-1913, Grand Central Terminal as the general design stands now was built. Grand Central is accessed by the Metro-North as well as the 4, 5, 6, and 7 Subway lines. There is also the 42nd Street shuttle that runs from Grand Central to Times Square. As one of the most visited locations in the world, Grand Central has a lot to offer.

Grand Central is home to 68 shops, including luxury retailers such as the Apple Store, Grande Harvest Wines and Leather Spa. High profile places to eat as well including the oldest restaurant in Grand Central, Oyster Bar & Restaurant as well as Michael Jordan’s The Steak House N.Y.C. With this year marking the 100th year anniversary of this landmark being built there are plenty of ceremonial events being held throughout the year. The exterior and main lobby are reasons enough to visit as it’s architecture is truly remarkable.
