The Polynesian is bringing "tiki" to new heights with a restaurant, bar and terrace overlooking Times Square from the Pod Hotel. Veteran bartender, and tiki guru, Brian Miller is offering cocktails with names like Smokin' Strong, Tangaroa, and a flaming drink called The Derelict made with assorted rums and bourbon. You can also get drinks to be shared by up to eight people, like the Exotic Bowl served in a large clam shell that promises to have your hips swingin' when you get to the bottom of it. Bar snacks are also available including ahi tuna poke, coconut shrimp, jerk chicken satay and shrimp dumplings. The Polynesian Pu Pu Platter offers an assortment of snacks for $64.
