The Collective Paper Factory in Long Island City is home to ama, an all-day dining experience by Executive Chef Randall DeFalco, formerly of The Sea Grill at Rockefeller Center. The space offers a mix of industrial architecture with natural wood and brass accents. It also connects with an outside courtyard for mingling with a cocktail when weather permits. The all-day menu features both small and large plates, including grandma’s ricotta meatballs, Southern fried chicken wings, salmon crudo, grilled branzino and hangar steak with charred onions. There are also dishes for sharing like Bo Ssam style BBQ Pork Shoulder with steamed “forbidden” rice. Cocktails include Navy Grog and a Paper Factory Spritz.
